It is our pleasure to announce that dr Miras Daulenov is now an Arbitrator in the Online Arbitration Court.
Dr Miras Daulenov graduated from the Faculty of Law and Economics of the East Kazakhstan State University, named after S. Amanzholov, in 2004 with the qualification “Lawyer”. In 2006 he was awarded me a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence. In 2012 he defended the doctoral dissertation “Movement of Goods, Persons, Services and Capital in International Agreements of the European Union” and was awarded a Ph.D. in Law Degree in the University of Wrocław, Poland.
In 2012 dr Miras Daulenov took the position of the Chair of the International Law Department in KAZGUU University, and in 2015 was appointed to the position of the Director of the Academy of Legal and Economic Research, named after S. Zimanov (Vice-Rector of Research and Science), the structural division of KAZGUU University known as the first higher education institution specializing in law in Kazakhstan. KAZGUU University has trained many outstanding law specialists and is currently recognized as a highly reputable research and educational centre in the field of private and public law in Central Asia. Since 30 April 2015, dr Miras Daulenov hac been a recommended mediator for dispute resolution through mediation in the Economic Court of the Commonwealth of the Independent States (further - CIS). He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the CIS Economic Court, the Advisory Council of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Advisory Council of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Executive Council of the Asian Society of International Law. In 2016 he was awarded the title “Lawyer of the Year” according to the decision of the Kazakhstan Bar Association. Dr Miras Daulenov is an author of several scholarly articles and a member of the Editorial Boards of the journals Wrocław Review of Law, Administration and Economics, the Folia Iuridica Universitatis Wratislaviensis and the journal “Law and State”.
