Piotr Grzelczak is now an Arbitrator in the Online Arbitration Court
It is our pleasure to announce that Piotr Grzelczak is now an Arbitrator in the Online Arbitration Court.
Piotr Grzelczak is an attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Wrocław and a partner at GFP Legal – Grzelczak Fogel & Partners. Previously he involved for many years with one of the biggest Polish law firms, Domański Zakrzewski Palinka. He has more than 10 years of professional experience. Piotr Grzelczak studied at the University of Wrocław, the Mannheim University (Germany) and the Truman State University (US). He graduated from the School of English and EU Law at the University of Cambridge (UK) and of the School of German Law at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany). He specializes in the legal advisory with respect to business law, with particular focus on IT and new tech sectors (contracts, intellectual property) as well as in issues related to privacy and personal data protection. He also advises in matters concerning construction law. Piotr Grzelczak is an academic lecturer, inter alia at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa. He conducts training sessions, in particular for fleet managers and other persons connected with the automotive industry. He is an author of numerous publications, in particular with regard to IT, new tech, personal data protection and fleet management.
