Calculator of costs

In order to calculate the fee for proceedings, please provide the value of the dispute and currency, in which it will be paid. As default the case is decided by one Arbitrator, but upon demand of both parties it can be decided by 3 Arbitrators. The Fee Regulations are available here. Upon demand of the plaintiff, if he wins the case, he shall be awarded the fee for the proceeding from the losing party.

Online Arbitration Court is an international arbitration court, which is why the basic fees payment currency is Euro. Due to exchange rates changes (published by the European Central Bank) the fees in other currencies may vary, depending on the date of the payment.
